Abstract

For early recovery from the future Nankai Trough Earthquake, it is necessary to provide management system which clarifies structure of the required activities corresponding to a series of disasters from the advance preparations before the disaster and correspondence after the disaster, and performs each activity quickly and efficiently. This kind of system needs to be built in the level of the municipality. It was defined as LGDMS (Local Government Disaster Management System) in this study. This paper introduce study about establish LGDMS and related research activities.
